Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place the sunglasses securely in their original designer case and packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
